1. Courses & Digital Products

  • All course purchases and digital products are non-refundable.
  • Once you have access to the content, you are considered to have received the full value of your purchase.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions (including consumer and business plans) automatically renew each billing cycle until canceled.

  • Cancellations apply to future charges only. Payments already processed for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.

3. 1:1 Coaching

  • Coaching sessions are non-refundable once booked.
  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or late cancellations will not be refunded or rescheduled.

4. Payment Disputes
